Хорошая квартира, просторная, чистая, аккуратная, все необходимое имеется. Заселение/выселение прошло очень быстро. Хозяйка тоже очень хорошая, вежливая, интересовалась всё ли нас устраивает, а после выселения уточняла нет ли каких-то замечаний.

В целом все хорошо, но вода была вместо горячей теплая, розетка во второй комнате не работала, оценка общая 4/5

Advantages:

Понравилось общение с хозяйкой Альбиной. Быстро и легко дистанционно заселила нас. Квартирой довольны, вполне достойное жильё за запрашиваемую цену. Нареканий нет, рекомендую. У Альбины есть альтернативные варианты, не только эта квартира.
